Maintenance ​

Utilize your mechanical skills and experience as a key member of our maintenance team. Maintenance duties include delivering outstanding customer service while performing repairs in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, as well as painting, drywall, clearing snow, and other tasks. Must be able to work in all weather conditions and lift objects up to 75 pounds.

Front Desk/Door Staff/Concierge

The duties of Front Desk Door Staff, and Concierge positions include:

  • Greeting & aiding guests & residents as they arrive.
  • Ensuring the safety of residents & guests.
  • Answering questions & providing directions.
  • Coordinating transportation, reservations & other services.
  • Receiving packages, letters, and other deliveries.
  • Monitoring the building’s corporate email system.
  • Providing resolution of day-to-day maintenance requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Food & Beverage Facility Plant Sanitation

Plant sanitation duties include:

  • Work Space Cleaning & Sanitizing
  • Trash and Debris Removal
  • Mopping, Sweeping, and Dusting
  • Carpet Care
  • Vacuuming
  • Machine Scrubbing
  • Strip & Wax
  • Pressure Washing

Building Engineers

The Building Engineer performs the following duties:

  • Overall supervision of the building’s HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, fire & safety systems, LEED and EnergyStar implementation and tracking.
  • Coordination with the Director of Maintenance to develop and manage annual repair and maintenance budgets.
  • Mentor and train team members, as well as manage vendor & contractor relationships.
  • Supervision and implementation of daily work orders and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with municipal and state fire and safety codes.
  • Evaluate building systems and develop strategies for repair, replacement and maintenance.
  • Manage tool inventory.
  • Supervise vehicle fleet.
  • Ensure hazardous waste regulation compliance.
  • Manage safety and accident program & compliance.
  • Oversee expense budget for building engineering projects & property enhancement.
  • Create procedures & job aides for all equipment.
